Welcome to the June issue of West Kent Sport & Wellbeing magazine. This month we close out the football season in style as we report from a number of senior cup finals and Southborough FC lifting the Sevenoaks & District Football League Premier Division title.
The leisure centres in the Sevenoaks District receive a new operator and open their doors to an Olympic fanfare thanks to visiting athletes Joe Choong MBE and Kate French MBE.
Travel Editor Frank Baldwin dives into the many sports which can be found on the Greek island of Rhodes; Magdalena Marvell looks at changes in the gut microbiome and how it could link to early indicators of Parkinson’s disease, in her latest nutrition article; and Danae van den Berg returns with her piece on weight fluctuation from the Better Body Group.
