Service

“Service” is an internet service consisting of an electronic version of the current issue of West Kent Sport & Wellbeing magazine. In these terms, references to “you” mean the user. References to “us” mean One Team Media Limited.

Use of Service
You may use the Service in accordance with its intended functionality and you may use the material it contains (“Content”) for personal research purposes. For that purpose, you may access and view the Content on-screen and print-out very limited portions of the Content on an occasional and irregular basis. You may not photocopy downloaded Content nor republish, distribute or make available any part of the Content on any website, intranet, extranet, in any commercial service nor in any other form or by any other method without our prior written permission of the publisher One Team Media Limited.

Intellectual Property
Copyright and similar rights in the contents belong to One Team Media Limited. The trademark “West Kent Sport & Wellbeing” belongs to One Team Media Limited. and may not be used without prior permission.

General
This Agreement is personal to you and may not be assigned by you. We reserve the right to add to or vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Details of any changes will be identified in subsequent versions of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by English law and you and One Team Media Limited hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Copyright/Disclaimer
No data or statement herein is or should be construed to be a recommendation for the purchase, retention, or sale of the services/products referred to herein and One Team Media Limited accept no liability for the consequences of your reliance on this data. Opinions expressed by authors of articles do not necessarily agree with those held by the editor and publisher who disclaim any intent to make recommendations.

Payment of invoices
Payment terms are detailed on all invoices. If you do not pay the sum in full by the due date then One Team Media Limited has the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding. This is called statutory interest, which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions. If a payment has not been made within 30 days of the date of invoice, One Team Media Limited shall transfer it to a third party for recovery. You will be liable for all charges thereafter.

All rolling advertising campaigns (ie. you advertise with us every month) are subject to a six-week cancellation period.
