Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by English law and you and ONE TEAM MEDIA LIMITED hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Payment of invoices
Payment terms are detailed on all invoices. If you do not pay the sum in full by the due date then ONE TEAM MEDIA LIMITED has the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding. This is called statutory interest, which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions. If a payment has not been made within 30 days of the date of invoice, ONE TEAM MEDIA LIMITED shall transfer it to a third party for recovery. You will be liable for all charges thereafter.
All rolling advertising campaigns are subject to a six-week cancellation period.
