All prices are per month/issue and exclude VAT. All adverts will be included in both print and digital editions. Both the Full page and Double page spread can also be purchased for advertorials.

Production deadlines
West Kent Sport & Wellbeing is published every month and therefore copy is due TWO WEEKS before the publication date. Publication dates are available on request. We keep advertising copy for up to one year before it is discarded.
All rate card prices are exclusive of VAT. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions of acceptance. All one/two month advertisements will be subject to payment before the magazine is published.
Payment of invoices
Payment terms are detailed on all invoices. If you do not pay the sum in full by the due date then ONE TEAM MEDIA LIMITED has the right to charge interest on all sums outstanding. This is called statutory interest, which is 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business to business transactions.
If a payment has not been made within 30 days of the date of invoice, ONE TEAM MEDIA LIMITED shall transfer it to a third party for recovery. You will be liable for all charges thereafter.
All rolling advertising campaigns are subject to a six-week cancellation period.
