Sevenoaks Town FC are progressing extremely well in all competitions this season, not least in the Southern Counties East Premier Division where the Town are unbeaten this season and sit top of the table. They have also made great progress in the FA Vase, making it through to the second round for the first time in their history.
Much of this goes down to Micky Collins, the Sevenoaks Town manager, who has instilled a great work ethic into the current group of players at the newly named Bourne Stadium. Some would add that the new 4G pitch has played a huge part in the results too, bringing the team together on a level playing field. And the clubs committee want to build on this success by making it part of their bigger plans to enhance the club in the local community.
Plans have been released by the club to develop a new universal south-stand with modern changing facilities, a dedicated media room and a bar. The building will be used by all teams from seniors to juniors.
