The squad have several young talented players from across the Sevenoaks District and train at St Gregory’s School in Tunbridge Wells.

The Girls Junior Premier League is an extremely high level of football with promotion to the league by invitation only.

Chris Crouch, MFA Team Manager, said: “The girls have trained so hard over the past three years and I’m so proud of them for getting this well-deserved promotion.

“It’s the first time MFA has ever been invited to join the JPL league and it’s a brilliant opportunity for them to show off their talent and see how far they can get.”

The team will now join the likes of West Ham, Crystal Palace, Millwall, Spurs and AFC Wimbledon.
