This month we are celebrating local football in all it’s different forms. We have a joint interview with the managers of our Isthmian League sides, Harry Hudson at Sevenoaks Town and Michael Golding at Corinthian.
We talk to Kemsing United about their celebration plans for their centenary year and with England’s Lionesses winning the Euros in a tense final against Germany, we meet the newly formed women’s side at New Ash Green FC who are ready and raring to go in the league.
We also pay tribute to Alec ‘Chuffer’ Broad, a legend in the local refereeing world England Rugby star Shaunagh Brown visited the ladies at Swanley Rugby Club for a training session and we report on finals day at the Savills Sevenoaks Smash where the district had three teams in contention across the three competitions.
The team at the Better Body Group return and this month ask the question ‘What is MetCon? Working with Parents in Sport bring us an article on ‘Survivorship bias’ and Magdalena Marvell is talking about our circadian rhythm and our internal body clocks.
